Shoulder Rehab........Deca?

About a month ago I hurt my shoulder benching, the doctor says a cortisone shot would make it feel better and possibly help the healing process. I also have a friend who had a similar injury 1 yr. ago, and took a shot of deca in the shoulder and said it did the trick. Anyone had any success with this?

Yep ... a friend of mine had the same. I gave him a shot of deca as well .. in 2 weeks he was recovered

Deca is not the magic solution, but it will help. I have a shoulder injury my self for 15 months (joint problem). Did 6 months rehab, but did not help. Last october I started a 10 weeks cycle with deca + sust. The deca did a great job, about 60 percent of the pain is gone. After stopping the deca, the pain did not come back.

At this moment I'm in my 3rd week of another deca + sust + winnie cycle. The remaining pain is changing at this moment, I hope by the end of this cycle I will be releaved from the pain.

btw. I did not inject the deca directly into my shoulder but in my quads.

take some time off....deca may mak it feel better but it's not going to heal the problem.....you may feel line and do even more damage......take some time off and let it heal on its own
