Shoulder killing me, can barely raise arm, Could it be an abcess?

I took a shot in my shoulder 4 days ago and my shoulder is killing me like I have a charlie horse in it. It was a 3cc shot which i usually do. I can barely raise my arm up level to the side but can easily move it forward. Could it just be that the fluid still has not absorbed or could it be an abcess? There is no big area of swelling or redness. Just that fricken Charlie horse pain when If I try to do a side lateral type move with just my arm. Any help much appreciated.

P.S. I know it's not a gear issue because my other shoulder would be feeling it aqs well since I shoot both at same time.

3 cc's of what? You could have come close to a nerve. How long ago did you inject? Have you used the same stuff recently? It could be BA as well.

3cc of test/deca. 4 days ago. Same amount is in other shoulder of same gear but no pain in it at all. This is my 4th week.

most people don't realize that 3cc's is a lot of oil! Just for fun, fill up an old syringe with 3ccs of cooking oil and then shoot it out onto a plate / table top and see how much it actually is...then imagine your muscle filled with that and then on top working out heavy! It's a lot..but it's most likely just the oil sitting in there waiting to be absorbed..you could have pinched a nerve or hit a nerve and not felt it until the next day or so. I've done that a couple of times. I'm a shoulder only inject type of person..so I know what yer going through. Don't worry if it feels a little warm in that area - take some ibuprofen 400mgs to help it out. Should go away in a week - the warmth and pain (if you get any).. good luck bro, sorry to hear about the pain..

test e kills me. tried the shoulder once, I was in pain for a week, arm almost swole to double it's size and my arm changed color

3 cc's is alot for a shoulder inject bro!! but seeing as no redness, it's not hot to the touch you aren't running fever...just minor swelling from injecting 3cc's and some injection soreness it sounds like!!

Not to be repetitious, but yeah, 3cc's is alot so it can cause some injection soreness. Check out what sparetire suggested with taking an old syringe and shooting some cooking oil onto a plate, then you can see for yourself ;P

don't worry about it being an abcess. This is common for such a big injection amount. It will work its way out but it can take a week easily. Believe me bro, I've been there. Why such a large quantity of deca? Whats the mg per ml?

Is it ok to work through the pain? I'm not going to screw anything up by going ahead and doing a chest work out am I? I plan on just popping a vicaden or two and going for it. I'm really starting to notice the size coming on and I don't want to miss.

I'm taking 900deca/900Test. Just trying somthing new and it seems to be working pretty good so far.
