shoulder injury and lats

sounds unrelated..but I have lax shoulder joints and find it hard to get to work my lats and upper tricepts without putting my joints at risk...
does ne1 have any suggestions for lat/tri exercises they could recommend?
 
Bent over dumbbell rows, neutral grip (palms facing each other)pulldowns (Do NOT hyperextend).

Avoid anything behind the neck (as I said in the e-mail), avoid hyperextending, and try to stick to a neutral grip.
