Fell off my sportbike a couple weeks ago and got multiple abrasions (both arms by the elbows, right outer leg/calf area, and very superficial on my lower back right flank)
Wounds have healed very well so far. I now only have a bandage on the right elbow only because there are a couple scabs. Rest of the wounds look really good and and just light pink.
I'm really jonesin' to get my ass back into the gym...
What do you guys think? Increased bloodflow would cause stretching of the skin..but I honestly don't think it would be that bad. I don't have any concerns of anything oozing out due to working out, it really has healed a lot.
I left off doing 15's in my first HST cycle..planning on just jumping back into it with my 3rd workout.
