should bruce do tren.

should i run some tren ace at the end of my prop cycle here. ive never used it.

dont think i wanna wait 4 weeks for the prop to kick in so i'm gonna start prop/tren on monday.. 3 weeks then throw it down for another 3 at the end..

wed: same breakfast and lunch
dinner: order salmon avocado rolls, 10 peices of tuna sushi, 10 pieces of salmon sushi.
hour later .5 lb of chicken breast. pbj and a few chocolate bars
tonight : i ate same breakfast and lunch, for dinner 1 lb of tilapia, i can eat so much of that shit and .5lb of filet that i still need to polish.

so just a bunch of meat and whatever else i want, no protein shakes no supps just real food

I would do ANYTHING in the world to have your metabolism. I know your probably a hard gainer and what not but you get the cake and your eating it too. Shit if I order mayonnaise on my whole wheat sandwich i'd gain a lb. of fat.
 
yep hard gainer. it was a real bitch for a while. gotta find foods that are easy to take in large quantities

I didnt want to read 8 pages in case you answerred this already but did you decide to try tren?

The stuff is good but definately turned me i nto an asshole. I swore I would never allow that but I am going to stay on it for a bit and just stay away from people for a while

My boy that just turned pro didn't drink one shake during his whole contest prep. Also if you can try to stuff down a half cup of oatmeal first thing in the morning with your first meal. It does make a difference when trying to add size. I try to get as much food as I can early cause I only have one break to eat at work at 10am and don't get another chance till 3-3:30 or sometimes later pending on whats going on at work. Sometimes I bring a shake cause I do get queezy and bad hunger pains at least 2 hrs before quitting time.

cause 300g of whey each day was not making me gain, just causing constipation and what not. my boy is all american cornell lax player, he came home natty 215 10%, all he eats is steak thats it. dieselgunz also eats shit loads of meat. it makes your grow bro, gotta find what works for ya. put on 50 lbs in a year and a half eating like this, doing the mixed meal thing with whey i put on about 25 lbs total. not comparable
