just to let all know what my diet looks like i logged the past few days for ya.
every morning i eat 2 scrambled eggs and two sausage patties. i can't eat much early.
then i eat a turkey bacon bagel at lunch.
now its hard to get meals in between 3-5 so i am eating a lof of peanut butter, 2-3 pbj sandwiches till i get home. once i get home i do this which is the only stuff i count.
tues: pre workout oatmeal then post workout rasperry/banana/whey shake. then 1/2 pound salmon. hour later 1/2 pound filet. full box of butter corn. hour later about i eat another pbj or two, sometimes a whole grip of other junk. but the only thing i count is that 1lb of beef. i do not do shakes just the one after workout because it tastes good and doesn't make me feel bloated.
wed: same breakfast and lunch
dinner: order salmon avocado rolls, 10 peices of tuna sushi, 10 pieces of salmon sushi.
hour later .5 lb of chicken breast. pbj and a few chocolate bars
tonight : i ate same breakfast and lunch, for dinner 1 lb of tilapia, i can eat so much of that shit and .5lb of filet that i still need to polish.
so just a bunch of meat and whatever else i want, no protein shakes no supps just real food
