I hadn't thought about it lately, but I definitely could pack in a lot more meat instead of all these protein shakes. It's just the preparation that gets me. I'm not home until 8:00 most nights and the food around my office is starchy and shitty. It's just hard to prepare 16 chicken breasts every other night much less fish...
