Shots Killing Me!! Help

I'm taking a shot of 500mg of sus in one shot in the same place and it is killing me!! it hurts s bad for about 3-4 days after I can't even do legs! I'm hitting the outside of my leg in the right place the sus is the only thing bothering me, it's so thick!! do I need to split this shot up into two or move the shot??

Shoot 250mg in one place on Monday and the other 250mg in another spot on Thursday. I prefer to hit the glutes, they are not as painful as the quads in my experience. You can also try running the syringe under hot water before injecting or bake it for a little bit. I know people have experienced less pain when using methods of heat.

Sus kills me too. Hit the arse and get something to mix it with. I used decca and it made all the difference. The hot water helps to, i usually fill a glass of hot water and let the syrninge lie in it while I prepare the injestion site. Once I take it out of the glass the oil is real thin and the injection goes real smooth....( learned this trick with primo which is real thick)

Sus shots got alot better for me after the second week so just give it some time.

Make sure you inject is very slowly, and if you can, mix it with some Deca or EQ
