So I had another great workout today..

Started off on my squats as always, and they were still a little sore from monday's lift. Everything was goign great until the set of 3, where i thought it got pretty tough. My back was giving out and i still had a set of 8 to go. But i blasted through it and got it without a problem.
I still love the look on the NBA's "Nothing but arm's" guys faces when i do ATF squats. It's priceless.
So bench was just the same, and i did my nosebreakers as my aux lift.
Bent row actually felt easier than the last time i did it on saturday, which made me feel good.
But the biggest surprise of the day was when i weighed myself before my lift.
I weighed 179!!! thats easily the most I have ever weighed in my life, and 4 more prounds than on mondays lift. It really pumped me up for the workout.
After my lift I ran to the fiji house to eat some ribs, but sadly, they were all gone. So I just went to little ceasers and got a $5 pizza and some breadsticks, which i destoryed when I got home.
Another great day, and I actually already have people telling me that they notcie that I am getting bigger, which just makes me want to try even harder!!
