sesamin provokes a strong increase in beta oxidation of fatty acids and decreases lipogenesis/TG formation. IOW, this is good shit. Opinions?

Let's wait until people have tried the product until we start formulating judgements.

don't be so naive not everyone and their dog posts here - little lesson while we are at it - people on the avantl abs board tend to use the avant products no the anafit products the people on this board tend to use anafit products, vice versa.

Soo.. what's the final verdict on Sesamin / Sesanthin ?
Worth a shot? I always consume about 15-30g of fishoils a day. I wonder if this product is a worthy addition.
