the thread title was changed because of a merge. It was not intentional from what I can see.
links to that site are not allowed, because the owner of that site has on numerous occassions called elite a board full of retards.
as far as sesamin goes it looks interesting but with the oil rancidity seems to be an issue.
oil is cheaper to make, powder is more expensive but more stable and purer.

Who's being Naive?......I could care less what brand we're talking about. I'm referring to the oil itself. There isn't alot of research on this type of oil, hence, the reason I called people out to comment on it. Instead of trying to argue about nothing, why don't you do something contructive and round up people you know who've used it and ask them to post?
