Last Thursday at the gym I tore the lowest muscle on the right side of my back. The Doc also said I did some Tendon damage.
Today is the first day i can sit in a chair. I have spent the last few days laying on my footon.
I am going to assume that i will not be able to train for the next month or more. I am wondering if there are any products out there that can help me keep muslce mass?
I hard that large amount of ammino acids are good. Is this true. What are some other suggestions you guys can think of?
Now that i am home for who knows how long i will be able to keep a perfectly strict diet.(no excuses to stray away). High protien and low fat will be my main focus. I will use R-ALA to help convert carbs.
