Hey SG, what are you macros looking like? Your fats look really low to me. Of the three macronutrients, fats have the highest satiety value.

I hope you got some rest last night!
 
gnf - I'm in NE IN. Where are you?

ck - There is no way I could go down to 1200 a day and stay sane!!! :lmao: I did that 10 lbs ago, but I don't think I could do it now. Maybe I'll give 1300-1400 a go and see how that works. I'm trying to train M-F and no weights on the weekends. Cardio if I go to the gym at all.

FBC - I haven't had time to sit down and get my macros worked yet in fitday. I'm doing excellent just to get my food logged in my book and here on the board! lol I'm going to get them updated tonight.....I feel lost not knowing.....

GG, Treil, IP, Mermie.....thanks for stoping in and for the encouraging words. I know I'm dropping fat, I just can't figure out why I'm still GROWING!!! :lmao: .....not that that's a bad thing. People who don't know me STARE at my arms. People who DO know me make comments like "nice arms you got there"......I feel I can ease up on the arms and shoulders now and concentrate more on the ASS!!!! :lmao:

OK, I'm done with that subject now....I think..... :)

I'm not sure how low I want to go with it. I guess I'll just keep on until I start feeling too bogged down or when I get my butt to my liking....probably the latter of the two, so I'm not really sure at this point.

I was talking with my fave mgr at the gym yesterday and asked his honest opinion of my arms. He said what I thought he would, in that, if they get much bigger, I'll start losing my fem. I'm going to work them light to maintain and define now and see if I can't get my shoulder caps to pop like I want them to. My mind isn't shifting to that mode very easily, though.

No gym for me yesterday....I had a HOT DATE!


I got home and there were FLOWERS on my front porch. I was going thru my head trying to figure out why I would get flowers and then I read the card.

You know, it's funny because I'm not INTENTIONALLY trying to do low carb....it just works out that way!!! :whatever: I guess because I did LOW LOW carb dieting before, it's not all that bad. 50 grams is plenty for me to feel fine. I use to do 10 grams or less a day! THAT was hell!!!!! (and very unhealthy, I might add)

Britney's pre-baby bod was hot when she had a show or a shoot to do, but she's always had a fluctuation there. You could just tell she was going to REALLY have to watch it - same thing with Kelly Clarkson. They need to get control of it now and stop yo-yo'ing or they're both going to have problems. Brit probably already is. Listen to me.....talking like they're my FRIENDS or something!! lol But seriously, when they diet down, they look great - and then gain a bunch of fat and look....not so great. We need to get them on here and whip 'em into shape!!!! :twirl:

Im scared of the yo-yo thing my self. I actually just went through it after the contest. Who would think that 15lbs can be added on in two days?? Im glad everyone warned me otherwise depression wouldve took over. (sort of have a little bit of it now). I dont look as good as I did that week :(

I've tried 3 different LDR dressings and they're ALL VERY GOOD!!! I like vinagrettes too, but lately, I've been on a different kick.

Was supposed to go to a new watering hole (next to my gym) tonight with a client, but her 8 year old daughter got suspended from school for disrespectful behavior, so she's not going now....sigh.......

Maybe I'll just go alone. One of my former employees is working there, so at least I'll know SOMEONE!!! lol I just can't stay cooped up anymore!!!!

How about you? I see works got you down? Leave it at work....don't take it home with you!

I'm so glad you liked the flowers. Last week, you really struck a chord, broke my :heart: so I just wanted to cheer you up.

Anyway, I wish I hadn't ordered them before I read some of the posts over the past few days. Scorp, I would have got you a Rabbit instead - every girl's best friend :lmao: - it certainly converted me from the showerhead!!!

Nope...I sat my butt at home bored as hell....AGAIN! Saturday I decided I was going nomatter what. So I did. Met the owner of the bar and we're going to "hopefully" work out some kind of business trade between his place and "Ladies Night" and my studio......we'll see.

I sat up at the bar eating jumbo fried shrimp, salad, Texas Toast and a few fries. Had a couple drinks and went home. Had to shower and wash the stink of cigarettes off me before bed. YUK.....I can't believe I use to smoke - how disgusting!!!!

Glad your Saturday went well! Is this a potential "relationship"?

I want some jumbo shrimp!!! I know what you mean about smoke. I have to shampoo my hair twice to get it out!!! Ick

Yes the cigarettes are putrid (sp). Sometimes when I'm socializing, I think I'd like to smoke one.....but if I do, I know I'll end up with a sore throat and feeling like a dumbass. I've finally come to the point where I can sit wherever and not smoke - after 3 years of being a nonsmoker. I decided one day to quit and that was it. Gave the 1/2 pack I still had to my employee and never bought another pack. Since then, I think I've had 3 cigarettes (out of drunken stupidity - lol).

I WAS NOT impressed with the "owner/partner" of the bar I went to. He has the "look at me, look at me...I'm SPECIAL" illness. Makes me want to puke. He must have needed more mommy kisses than he got when he was little. I hate it when people feel they need to brag or tell you all about how wonderful they are or how much money they make....such a TURN OFF. If you've got it and are confident in yourself, there is no need to act a fool.

Yeah I totally know what you mean.... I would rather look the opposite direction then to let a guy think that he is hot to me... even if he is. No reason to feed his ego any more.
Sometimes if I haven't drink anything I would smoke a cig or two just to get the buzz for awhile without having the alcohol in the system. I go to this Arabic bar sometimes that has hookah's. It's nice once every 4-6 months.... I'm sure I'm due soon... it helps to relax. May not be the best thing but heck we all have to live a bit!

That first pic has NEVER BEFORE been "aired for public viewing" lol - and for good reason. Notice the NON EXISTANT calves?!?!? I wasn't lying when I said I know what you're talkin' bout!!!! :kiss:
