Hey SG, what are you macros looking like? Your fats look really low to me. Of the three macronutrients, fats have the highest satiety value.

I did that 10 lbs ago, but I don't think I could do it now. Maybe I'll give 1300-1400 a go and see how that works. I'm trying to train M-F and no weights on the weekends. Cardio if I go to the gym at all.

How did you train on those? You're hardcore!



I guess because I did LOW LOW carb dieting before, it's not all that bad. 50 grams is plenty for me to feel fine. I use to do 10 grams or less a day! THAT was hell!!!!! (and very unhealthy, I might add)

Time will tell.
