It was VERY good. It was kind of a sticky sweet snack. My daughter even liked it! I'll be adding this on those days where I need to get my protein up. Quick, easy and a nice protein increase for the day! Yes, I definitely recommend it! :)
 
Hey SG - just thought I would drop in and see how the bulking stage was treating you! How are you feeling? Can you notice your strength increasing with the extra calorie intake? Are we back on the EC stack again...?? :bigkiss:

Bulking is going well, blew up to 124 lbs the first week and finally came back down to 120 - after I was done with my "feeding frenzy"! Feeling good, but it's hard to get all the calories in sometimes. Last night I was at around 1200 and had NO desire to eat. I ended up eating 2 cups of Healthy Choice SF Pecan ice cream! lol Threw my macros all out of whack, but I got some more calories in. I'm going into my 3rd week and I'm seeing some slight increases with my weights so far.

Yep, back on the stack. Just can't stay off of it.

Nice to hear from ya'! :heart:

**Needed more calories, didn't want to cook. The ice cream threw my macros out of whack, but it was the only way to get the calories in - just felt like ... kaking!
