Hey Scorpio, from reading the ingredient list - you MAY be experiencing a toxin cleanse. Cayenne and royal jelly are especially powerful in that way - Treilin could probably give more info, but you may want to stay on it a bit, give it a chance to 'work through'. (If you can hack it! :rainbow: Cleansing can be NOT NICE.)

Well, Girls....don't beat me......I got tired of having no energy....yep, I gave in. I feel GREAT today. LOADS of energy and in a MUCH better mood.

The first day with the RE, I had no headache, but yesterday I had a really annoying nagging one until about 3 PM. When I got home last night, I was toying with the idea of putting off my workout until this morning. THAT WAS IT!!! I had NO motivation and I just wanted to sleep. I went back, pushed thru my training and told myself that I'm goin' back on my EC stack effective 0700 hours!!!!....and I did! lol

EC lol - You held out as long as you could ... I know I know. :) Any break is a good break ;) Keep those cals coming so you can muscle up GF :D
