Monday, July 17, 2006
4:00 a.m.
Up and off to the airport
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-1/3 banana
(at some point while waiting on the plane)

8:30 a.m.
-Grilled chicken breast (from a sandwich)
-1 oz almonds and walnut mix

12:40 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-1 1/2 cup green beans
***officially no food in the house :bawling: ***

4:45 p.m.
Smoothie at work
-6 oz coffee (as I am strugglin to stay awake)
-cup of ice
-1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
-1 tsp cinnamon :p

8:00 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-1 1/2 cups asparagus stir fry blend

10:45 p.m.
-4 egg whites
-1 scoop protein

whats up with trying to stay awake you get no sleep.wach out for that its a killer.

Long, but FUN weekend with not much sleep thats all :) Will be catchin up on a little bit of that tonight though!

-1 scoop protein powder

-6 oz coffee
-1 scoop chocolate protein

1:30 p.m.
Work luncheon at TX Land & Cattle
Classic Cobb Salad:
-5 oz smoked chicken
-1 diced egg white
-few tomato slices
-1 avocado slice
-2 cups lettuce
-half a wheat roll

5:45 p.m.
Pre-WO Shake
-1 vanilla whey scoop
-8 oz gatorade
-1 tsp glutamine

6:15 p.m.
Back: One arm DB Rows (12 x 30 lbs) x1 (10 x 35 lbs) x 3
Biceps: DB Curls (5 x 25 lbs) x 1 (7 x 20 lbs) x 3

Back: DB Pullovers (6 x 60 lbs) x 1 (9 x 50 lbs) x 3
Biceps: DB Concentration Curl (10 x 20 lbs) x 4

Back: WIDE Grip pulldown (6 x 90 lbs) x 1 (9 x 80 lbs) x 3
Biceps: Reverse curl (6 x 50 lbs) x 4

Shoulders: Bent over rear delts (10 x 12 lbs) x 4
Glutes: Butt blaster (10 x 50 lbs each leg) x 3

PWO Shake
-6 oz gatorade
-1 scoop whey isolate
-1 tsp glutamine

8:45 p.m.
-5 oz chicken (cooled in juice from the oranges)
-5 oz bag spring mix salad
-1/4 cup mandarin oranges
-2 tbl craisins

10:30 p.m.
-1 1/2 oz almonds
-1 tsp cinnamon

If you look at your meals yesterday you had hardly no carbs especially after 1:00, I see no macros either. You really didn't get a good nights worth of sleep either. The most I see is 5 hours that you could have gotten. Plus you were traveling and didn't get much sleep up here.
I noticed my sleep went down the drain when I fell below 30% carbs.
Maybe you should try playing with your macro's... Just my .02 cents

Well I didn't have any food at home and I really didn't feel like going shopping when I got off work at 9:00 p.m. so I ate what I had... as far as sleep I got about 6 hours... (11:30-5:30) Thanks for the .02 cents :)
