CS: GM's most likely. Where would you put them in my 4 day program?
day 1 = bench, chest
day 2 = rows, deads, back
day 3 = off/cardio
day 4 = OHP work
day 5 = previously leg day, shrugs, farmers, huge biceps and ginourmous tricep peaks day... gotta get da biggg gunzz.

Day 5 seems like a good fit for GM's to me after typing it all out.

Week 13 Day 3

Cardio session


5 minutes of walking on treadmill
10 minutes of heartattack HIIT on step mill
10 minutes of walking on treadmill

Given that you respond "HIIT is king" to any cardio-related post, it's nice to see you actually doing some. ;)

I agree that Day 5 is pretty clearly the best place for the GMs.

AL: yes, yes it was... new gym though, new sights :) DAMN busy though... at around 7:30/8pm too :rolleyes: ugh... i'm going to go around 8/8:30 tomorrow and hope the crowd is gone... I don't like people in my way :evil:

CS: Hiit is King... sucks ass, but it's King :)

At what point in my lifting on Day 5 would you say they'd be best? I'm thinking 1st. Farmer's I need some balance and if my back is tight that's no good. After shrugs i'm shot... and of course gotta save the gunnzzz for last.

*New Gym Notes*

Supposedly (says the guy working the front desk), there's a deadlifting platform, a REAL power rack (adjustable safties, YAY!), 100lb plates (wtf am i going to do with those, lol) and DB's up to 150lbs :)

... i just hit the cardio deck tonight, didn't feel like walking around while it's busy as hell just to oogle around and perouse the area.

OHP work tomorrow i'll access the situation further.

I can't simply KNOW by just looking at the bar and seeing how many plates are on there (after the 100's), ect... i'll have to add and THINK, I don't want to do that :p

I can only multiply in 45's :)

I'm kindad the same. Lifting at home with 25 & 50# plates & 15# bar. I have it all figures out here. I'm lost when I get to a gym with the 45# bar & 45# plates.
