GP Row: 95x8, 135x5, 165x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5*
*Better than last week form wise.
I stretched my lasts, lumbars, hamstrings out inbetween all row sets and whatnot... felt really limber and decieded to...
Sumo DL: 225x5, 275x5, 315x2
just chalk. no belt, no straps. over/over grip. Felt DAMN smooth, i'm very pleased. Hopefully I have more pulling from the floor in my future again
Sumo with the close grip made me keep my ass down and not straight leg the weight up like traditional and how I used to pull. I like it.... thanks MikeM
Lat Pull Down: 120x10, 150x8, 200x6* ... I was tired
Str8 Arm Pull down: 30x10, x8 ... then got kicked out, gym closed... no time for gheighty
