I believe that cuppled with the lack of religious streching is reaking havoc on me now.. lol... i'm getting back in the stretching habit, it reminds me when I don't. Obviously
Well, I see improvements... then i try something and fuck it all up. My abs are 10 times stronger than before for sure.
Now I'm having mid-upper spine alignment issues. I believe it's all the chest work i'm doing and not hitting the direct antagonists to my pecs enough. So i'm doing close grip seated cable rows to help in that department. Also, my left lat is smaller than my right and may be causing some imbalance and odd pulling problems too.
friggin' imbalances.
Visual I could care less if it's a bit smaller... but it causes me pain.
So I may have to do some 1 arm DB rows and try to bring my left lat up to par and do "maintenace" rows for my right side.
