Still watching posture through the day? Working on your planks?!? Transversus Abdominis is the only ab muscle that connects to the spine that will strengthen and support the anterior part of the spine. You hit it with planks.sgtslaughter said:W6D5

*Erectors felt it, took longer break.
**Should have stopped with previous set. I was hurtin. Much pain... long break accessing whether or not I should try lunges.
Lunges: BWx a few, 25's x 5*
*quads were toast, zero strength left in them to push myself up. wow.
Decline Crunches: BWx8, BWx6 or 8
Farmer's Walks: 85's for 30 steps, 95's for 30, 105's for 24, 110's for 24
**Back Feeling much better at this point...**
Speed Cleans: 95x8, 95x8, 135x5, 135x6, 135x3, 155x3, 175x2*
*realized I was feeling good, smooth, and semi-strong...but too much volume in before bumping weight and not doing them consistantly for a while
DB Shrugs: 85's for 10, 90's for 10, 100's for 10, 110's for 10, 115's for 12, 100's for 12
