If I do post progress anything it'll be lift vids which I haven't done in a long time... they were more of a pain in the ass than I though and time consuming.

I should do some new ones though.

CS: I'll give them a shot. Virtually unweighted... just go for the depth to activate the hams, right? If I get back pain, I'll be mad so i'll wait to try these after we find out what's going on in there monday.

Good call on not throwing anything else into the mix before Monday. Just think of it as a dynamic stretch rather than as a lift. The only reason I suggested throwing 10s on was that, especially if your hamstrings are very tight, the added weight would make it easier to get a good stretch.

my bending over ROM is very good, should I go lower than making a 90* angle to get that stretch obviously, right... because before when I was doing heavy GM's I didn't feel it in my hams at all... it was 100% erectors.

If you keep your heels solidly planted and don't use a ton of knee bend you should get pretty good ham activation.
