...a day late, was completly out of it mentally, had no friggin' clue how it was going to go... Intake was...uhh.... well i was getting stuff in, wasn't the best of choices at times...tried to get my protein in.

up to around 380x4 ... probably 20 or so reps... i just winged it..
It's VERY sad that 380 for shrug weight feels so heavy to me now :( I used to load on 5 plates no problem... ugh :rolleyes:

I assume it's from not doing them for awhile or all the other work previously.

Great workout, considering.

Supposed to be W9 D2 today... just got back home a few hours ago... gym's closed.... tomorrow.

225 close grip bench, 315 atf squat here I come :evil:

I was playin' football with some little nieces and nephews for a bit...throwing them around and such... i was sweating my ass off and exhausted :rolleyes: lol... I need to start doing cardio for GPP at the very least. I like being athletic... i'm still quick...but damn ... lol

This week is deadlift week :chomp: ... i'm ready to pull tomorrow until my arms get ripped off!!
