Hmm, maybe this explains why I've become so addicted to chalking before my lifts...and why that guy charged me $80 a gram for it.

haha... na.

my hands were sweaty from doing sets of triples (power cleans)...

on the clean pull part half way up when you swing your hands around a bit... the bar with 135+ lbs on it went flying and dropped right in front on the mirror... would have busted it if it had a little gust of wind under it. It was loud as hell, lol... i just went about my business though

where's your gloves son? chalk?

they don't allow olympic lifts at my gym....at least the ones you drop on the ground....not sure why....insurance or something
