is it good to give your body a few days rest right after you end to recoup or should you just keep busting your ass, will you lose a lot if you take 3,4 days off rest right when you finish

been around 3-4 weeks since i've ended, dropped around 7 or so lbs to around 208, strength down a little but still way higher than before, still looking good, just noticing strech marks a little as a shrink slightly
