Well, i've decided to go the natural way. At least for a few months, and then come back on and see.

Anyone willing to help me bulk up LEAN, will be appreciated. Thanks for showing me the right way guys :-)

lets not flame people, the guy is a newb and has a ways to go... lets show him the way, he seems to be finally willing to listen so lets not make fun of him.

I used to be skinnier than him at one point btw. no one is born with muscles

400 g of protein? For a non juicer? Sounds hella much, I calculated my protein to be around 250 g, with 80g of carbs and 40 g of fat if it was optimal. You guys keep telling me to eat, and pancakes.. ?

You're right. For a guy like you who looks like you've barely if ever seen the inside of a weight room, 400 grams of protein a day is "hella much".

And I agree that you don't look 190. I also dispute that you're an endomorph. Ectomorph more like it...unless you cut down from a 270 lb. fatty. Impressive to do so with no stretch marks.

If you're 6' tall, I'd say in the first photos you posted you look to be around 165 lbs. Internet weight translates to 190 though, so I see how you got that.

You need to "go the natural way" for way more than at least a few months. Try at least a few years. Seriously bro, you look like you barely work out. If you already did a cycle, I'm sorry you wasted that cycle. If it was 2 years ago, don't worry about your present recovery state. You're fine. Your HPTA doesn't even remember that cycle.

Basic rule for bulking is 2 grams of protein per (actual) pound of body weight minimum. I've seen guys bulk (gain muscle) on high protein diets and lose fat or maintain a low body fat %.

You've got a lot of learning to do. I suggest you humble yourself a bit here and listen to some bros who've been doing this a lot longer than you. Ol radar here's been doing this longer than you've been alive. He was through with it before you knew what to do with it.

welcome to the board, glad to have you, if a member takes it upon themselves to be a punk to you again, let me or one of the other mods know and we will take care of them. we do not allow woman to be messed with on here period.
 
Can't believe this made it to 7 pages lol but if I paid enough attention sounds like the kid is gonna wait to do the roids which deserves a BRAVO...I'm a GIRL, your age... when I was 16 I have pictures of me when I began getting muscle naturally and (no offense here, just making a point) my arms got way bigger than yours. I ate clean as hell and lived in the gym. So don't be so quick to jump on the drugs. Plenty of people on here to help you.
