Tuesday- 1h cardio inc. HIIT ALL OUT CARDIO
Wednesday- Chest/Thighs/Abs/20min mod cardio
Thursday- 1h cardio inc HIIT ALL OUT CARDIO
Friday- OFF
Saturday- Triceps/Forearms/Abs/HIIT
Sunday- Shoulders/Calves/Chest/40 mod cardio

Are you doing anything for hamstrings?

Why are you training chest twice a week?

Finally, I would not try to do legs and chest on the same day. That is way to hard to do, and to stay motivated throughout your workout. Try putting chest and triceps together, and if you want to train forearms do it with legs.
