Went up in weight again on my shoulder press by 20 lbs. Also increased weight on lateral raise machine by 10 lbs and Hammer curls by 20 lbs and Tricep Ext by 15 lbs. Body sure is getting pumped. Delts, chest, and traps seem to be the most obvious increase to me. Im sure my back is getting much thicker as well but I cant see it. LOL. Legs are always pumped it seems. Always tight and cramping.
Anyone have a good way of lowering blood pressure without the meds as my meds are lost in transit now. I suppose an asprin before hitting the gym is a good idea before putting a bar on my back and squatting. Any other ideas? How about those pre workout citruline and other things that increase nitric oxide and make you itch really bad. Would these help blood pressure the stuff in this photo?
