LOL, last time I went to a gnc... I was buyin b-5... the guy told me that taking more than 1 500 mg pill a day would be toxic to my internal organs. I asked him to allow me to take them as I felt was necessary... long story short, he wasn't going to sellt hem to be me because he felt I was uneducated and was going to put myself in danger... BTW this was the GNC in ventura if anyone feels compelled to go speak w/ this homo.

nah, i don't think I had bad enough for it to make a difference. I saw nothing. I was also taking it b/c I read an article that increased coenzyme a can increase sex hormone output.
