Rip me a new _ _ _

Take this and rip it apart- Nead more help from experianced (Ingram/Tatyana)
B- 2 eggs 2 piece of ezekial toast/or/2 srv oatmeal- 1 cup coffee

L-8oz chicken breast,1/2 cup rice cooked

Snack- 1 srv Almonds(20 pieces)

D- 8oz steak or chicken,1 sweet potato, 1 srv brocclli

Snack- 4oz salmon(pink in water) 1 srv cottage cheese=(replaced the yogurt)

Now all the Fina in the word and i still need to have my diet right."this is hard shit,i need some help" Cycle start Dec 1st so tweak me up ! :evil:

Have you worked out all the calories yet? I have a funny feeling that you may need a few more, this is looking a bit sparse, I do forget how big you are.

Looking better, I am assuming that you will still have a post work-out shake?

Also, are you going to be ok and be able to eat the same thing day in and day out without getting too bored?

It may be a good idea to have two or three meal plans, so you can have a bit of variety, a few meals that are really quick and easy, cause there will be days you will NOT feel like cooking or eating the same thing.

Isn't that the truth,getting sick of it already.I'm starting to learn this diet thing better now.I'm replacing the rice with a sweet potato, or 100%wheat paste,As for the meat,poultry...Im buying very low fat pork too, like tenderloin, so i have the meats down,The problem is i am getting to full,your correct i need more calories,this that i posted is about 2000.Im 5'6, and 170 lbs, 11.4 % BF,so like i had said<>before i do my cycle i definedtly have to get my intake up.The shakes are good, but is there any way that i can get it up without bloating the hell out of myself.I'm always stuffed.Look like i have a drinkin problem,LOL

Whey protein is reknown for causing bloat, which is why you don't have whey protein on the day of a comp.

Make sure there are digestive enzymes in the whey, or take digestive enzymes with it.

Pro-biotics may also help. Mix your protein in with a natural yogurt with a pro-biotic in it, instead of having it as a shake, with a wee bit of peanut butter, YUM.

This is obvious, but it is amazing how many people do not sit down and take the time to chew their food properly. Eat on the run, bound to have some problems.

and your saying you only have 3 main meals in that time frame? eat small meals every 2.5-3 hours bro you will find it alot easier to down more food that way
