clen was made so u can lose fat and not change ur diet, i think the companies that make it even state, you can lose fat w/o altering caloric intake cause it raises body temp forcing the body to burn fat. just dont inc calories
I think most would agree though, eating clean and upping cardio, will yield far better results while on clen. I totally understand the guy's situation though. He obviously has a lot on his plate with engineering school and work, etc.
not everybody is perfect ,and not everybody has aspirations of professional bb , if clen without dieting makes you happy more power to you ,we do this for ourselves if not were doing it for the wrong reasons
I understand what you are saying about eating correctly and goint to school. I used to have the same problem. I eventually started looking at it a little bit differently and it made things easier for me. I developed a schedule that made me eat every two hours whether I am at work or school. Developing a schedule around a diet works well around studying because eating every two hours gives your mind a break and breaks up the monotony. That is just something that helped my whole life.
Congrats on your improvements. That is awesome considering you had diet problems.
