Results of my 2 weeks on CLEN

oh , I thought you were lazy , didn't know that you are that busy ... ok, bro , but if you can't do aerobics 4 x a week on empty stomach you gotta eat clean at least ....no matter how busy you are you gotta find a way to eat clean ....myoplex bars , protein bars , protein shakes , MRP are good choices . you just need to organize your schedule .


if you can manage to go to the gym at least 3 times a week , you can lift and do your cardio right after you lift .

this combined with a good , perfect clean diet will give you even better results :)

Not really, you see I didn't say the 7 lb weight loss was only fat loss, I usually lose about 3 lbs of water when I use a stimulant.

So my weight would actually be 200 lbs or so when I stop using clen at 16% BF.
 
IMO - why keep bulking if you're unhappy with yourself. working out is supposed to make you proud. You should enjoy it etc... You lost a girlfriend and don't wanna fuck because you're fat????? Man, I'm not flaming you, but why keep bulking? We all want bigger muscles but if you're not happy it makes no sense to me.

I plan on on bulking up to mid december. Then 2 weeks of maintenance. And then a long cutting phase (16 weeks).

Every week my strength and muscle mass are going up since I came back from physio at the end of august. When I started again I did 135 on incline bench for 4 sloppy reps! Now I'm pressing 190 lbs on the incline for 7 reps. Everyone thinks I'm juiced.

keep that mindset bro...you'll be as good as new...GOOD LUCK!

See, I told ya you should have had your diet in much better standing. Ultimately though, I'm impressed by the results you got. Do it again and diet hard and hit cardio hard. You'll be a lot happier I guarantee.
 
Nathan - Finally we are online at the same time! I'm at school right now. Are you done?

Big Thinker- you took the words straight out of my mouth. I really do want to stop bulking but I'm gaining so much muscle it's kinda scary honestly. My squats are going up 10 lbs a week the last 3 weeks!

Japanese machine - Clen and ECA enlarge your prostate. You may have trouble peeing.

Barnridge - I've never used ECA, but I've used Adipokinetixs extensively. The side effects on Clen were mild compared to the ones on Adipo. Adipo gave me bad sexual side effects and i felt like shit all the time. Clen is by far better. It was Bulgarian Spiropent and I took 1 the fisrt day and increased by one every day until I started using 5.
 
The only reason I say that is because I work out to be happy and feel good about myself. If you're happy with your gains then GREAT! I didn't mean to come accross as an ass. Personally I have a hard time bulking. I freak out when I can't see my abs. dunno why? Probably because I was fat and unhappy in the past. Now I'm proud of myself and don't ever want to lose that. The only reason I said why keep bulking was because it sounded like you didn't like where you were in your progress, so I couldn't understand why you would want to go further in that direction. Your gains sound great though. So keep up the good work!
