Results from Primo cycle... One month after pics....

as far as playboy thing... still awaiting the approval from the editor.. but because of the other contest I did the day before the shoot I was really lean and I know that they are going to be rejected... I am done with playboy and working on getting my mug in some of the fitness mags now..
Have fun Babe, dedication is important but you have to know how to let go as well.

Can you give us a little more info as far dosage and how long you were on ?????
 
Kay so there are a couple of before pics from the end of march... goal was to get under 12% by June 10

Was accomplished and came in around 9-10 actually...

you have to forgive me if this isn't exact I dont have the greastest memory and I dont want to go through my log.. but if you want you can all the history is in there...

I started the cycle beginning of march with 10mg winny and 5 mg of var per day

After week dropped winny because of zits... upped var to 10 mg per day

then end of april added in 100 mg of primo once a week for 11 weeks. I dropped the var around the 7 or 8 week of the primo I think...

diet was solid.. and really low in calories like under 1000 per day... again everything in my log in womens forum.. Primo allowed me to take in very little calories and still gain muscle.. my goal was just to keep the muscle I had put on but actually put on about 6-7 pounds of muscle during the cycle which I thought was pretty crazy..

so bottom line...

started out around 145 and like 22-25 percent bodyfat

ended goal date of june 10 at 128 at around 9-10 %

now around 130-135 depending on water around 12%

goal for show in october around 8%



thank you boys for all your help, suggestions, comments etc.... elite really helped me a lot to make this possible!!
