Well Supertraining is obviously a biggie, but I never really sat down and read it. I'm more of a 'skimmer' nowadays
But as soon as I unpack I really need to, since coolcolj referenced it wrt to conjugate method. Facts and Fallicies is good stuff, I posted a mini-review awhile back.
Science and Practice is more like a textbook but Madcow used to quote it all the time so you should get it for that reason alone
I have a couple Bompa's and I believe he's called the godfather of periodization; one of his books 'Serious Strength Training' is geared towards bodybuilders and has more machine/iso exercises than I cared for. But still, he is the godfather...
I emailed the Practical Periodization guys last week for an ETA...no response yet, they must be busy in the final stages of editing
I think most of these books you can get at elitefts, prices a tad higher than Amazon, though.
