ref-b doses--answers to my doses

chiller hey i got my hands on some reforvit-b (3bottles) i know i have to drink it. what i had planned is to take it for about 3 and a half weeks i the following doseages. 1 1/2-2 cc's a day in 1/4 cc's splits. is that going to be enough..i have 30 cc's
