May 12th woman. Same show venue from the Nov one I was going to do, just a few months prior (they have May & Nov usually I think, same place etc, well they did last year).

Meet up ... two birds ... no conflicts ... no bullshit and someone Id be happy placing under.

Figured I'd get you a date to commit to, be there to help kick my ass, and play Arnold by telling me all the things NOT to do.. JUST KIDDING

Well I need to get to work on what the heck I'm going to do for a cutting diet... figure out how many weeks out etc... Because uhmm we all know last years' did not work out well for me the final weeks.
What BF do you think you will be at Buns when you begin cutting?!? I'm thinking I may be at like 22-25%. I have never tried a CKD.. WOW decisions decisions...

Check my sig for est. days out... Jan 1st puts you just shy of 19 wo. Sheesh BF for me.. Im guessing 17-20 but Im kinda cutting now, just to shed some bf, not gung go comp cutting. Saving cheats for the important days when the emotional eating doesn't take over .
