So I just got done at the gym.... I had a headache start in my sinuses and moved into a major migraine. Almost threw up and almost did not finish my work-out. Then my trainer yelled at me for not doing something right and I almost started balling. I still hit my hams really hard. The only thing good that happened was some girl was talking on her phone on the treadmill and fell face first into the tread all the way down feet hanging off the end face laying smashed on the tread, phone went flying...... STUPID! Talk on the phone on a treadmill...

K just woke up... Slept the past 2 hours. I have drank over a gallon and a half almost 2 gallons of water and have more I'm drinking. I feel really dehydrated for some reason and my nose is REALLY stuffed, my throat is like REAL dry!!!!
Overall the migraine is gone THANK GOD.... I still have cardio and posing to do!!!
