a.m. cardio (60 minutes) we'll see how this goes
p.m. weights chest and arms ( :heart: )
p.m. cardio (50 minutes)

Feel like I weighed less when I woke-up... well my stomach felt tighter... I get body fat tested tomorrow. I decided to go for a jog for my p.m. cardio yesterday because I got this spurt of energy. It felt really good... at the time. Now my legs are like WTF?!?!
I have this stupid side stitch I've been getting for the past 5 or 6 days. Before it would kick in just walking. Now I feel it and I'm just sitting here. I can feel it's in my oblique and when I dig I can feel another in iliacus. I'm assuming my psoas is overly tightened because my low back has been giving me some issues and iliacus and the psoas kinda work hand in hand. I have been doing hip flexor stretches but... who knows...
Wow really running on empty batteries right now I am in S-l-o-w mode.
I have to confess I ate an extra ounce of chicken last night. It was too good... I bought the thin sliced chicken was cooking it in my convection oven left it in there for quite awhile. Well it came out as chicken jerky... So then my mind got going hmmm what could I add to that when I get off my diet.. Like soy sauce, liquid smoke, spices...
Slept o.k. last night... Still not enough sleep, even took a 2 hour nap yesterday... Still.
Practiced posing last night and my legs are starting to come in and my obliques even more so. Need to work on holding the poses more often... especially the ab portion has been the killer with my back the way it is. It tries to lock out so I need to keep working at it.
Yeah... I think that's all the brain power I have to think and type :)

My macros and calories change week to week, and actually day to day. My trainer looks at me and adjusts the foods to get my body to where 'It' needs to be. My diet is very individualistic, his other competitor has a totally different diet but it gets her to where she needs to be. Again one diet does not fit all. Stick with the Shadow 40/30/30 if you are losing weight then awesome! If you hit a plateau you can start carb cycling. I think if you do a search on carb cylcling by Sassy you will find some great info. It all takes time and patience to figure out where "you and your body" need to go!
Hello Gorgeous! Great that you went on your pm cardio yesterday, even if legs are like WTF...It's for their sake...LOL.
I am doing good with Shadows plan and with the 40/30/30. My calories do change also because weight fluctuations...less cals as I lose more weight. 11 X lbs.
I for the first time did cardio & chest on empty stomach.
Felt good, I am hungry now. So I am doing the no carbs until noon, and after dinner. Hope body rocks...LOL.
I don't know if I should take the T-Rex after workout or before...Then it would not be empty stomach...whatever.
I hope your happy like an angel today! :heart:
