Just found this in case you were interested. Not sure if you or anyone else has seen it. Just a DVD on posing, stances and turns for fitness/BB comps for women. Thought it might be useful. But I'm sure you're on the right track anyways.

I'll try to find some other videos that look like they might be helpful.

Pouring rain here in Connecticut again. Always when I get new shoes too.

The cardio looks good too. I think I'm the only one who doesn't do HIIT. My mile and a half is really fast and the lungs are in great shape but for some reason longer duration lower intensity works better for me. Especially with the lower cals. Lookin great though whatever you're doing.

Nope not nervous.... Just crabby about trying to get these lats to flare out... They are there, I just can't get them to go on command.
Weights have been a stickingpoint... cardio really hasn't been that bad. Even though I eat chicken 5 times some days, and 4 the other days the food really hasn't been an issue. Despite lack of energy from not getting in enough carbs... I knew that was coming though.

It always rains when I wear a skirt or dress, or plan on mowing the lawn. So I wore a dress today, and planned on mowing the lawn and it's raining... At least the dress is black I suppose... My feet will be soaked though becuase I have open toe heels on.

Ya'll should send some of that rain south... we are on water restrictions here AND its hot as h3ll out side... at least too hot to be stuck at work, now if I could go hang at the lake that might be a different story
