O.k. much better this morning!!
Weight 138.6
I increased my morning CB today to two and blasted through my a.m. cardio (60 min)
I have 35 min P.m. cardio
no weights
1 client

I slept pretty light last night, but still got some sleep in.
I noticed my abs are cutting out more this morning. Tried the lat flexing after the shower still working on it...

Treadmill 4.2 setting for the full 1 hour duration in the a.m.
Evening I switch it up. Sometimes Ellyptical, bike, step mill, or tread.... I do my p.m. cardio at the gym so I just get on whatever I feel like... The goal is to stay in the fat burning zone...
