I would love to know what you think on plyos. I don't know a whole lot on them. I have read up on them and I did them last year during my bulk with my trainer, but what do you usually superset them with?
Trying to get these darn things to grow! Shadow put together a plan but I'm in need of some adjusting because my body was getting immune to it and he has been mia. So this past week I switched it up a bit and I killed them... but what I have for thursday' leg work is to much so I need to add more to monday's...dutch diva said:Holy Shat * thats alot of weight good 4 u!
