Re: Treils 2006 Competition Log

Just because so many women are talking about doing competitions I want to keep even my post competition part of my log real...

So here it goes...

I was planning on a photo shoot that my trainer advised me not to do. Was supposed to happen today. So in return for his gracious let down... Telling the photographer never mind, boxing clothes up that were lent to me (Thank you, you know who), and wiping the make-up off my face and brushing the curl out... I decided I must eat now!

Started out on plan as listed before.. finished with 3 glasses of wine, 1 fat-free bag of popcorn, 1.5C no sodium granola, 4T PB, a ice cream from that new Hersheys place (Even had to get in the car to get it), and 1C blueberries. Ohhh and feeling emotions up and down.

I know a lot of you are talking with enthusiasm about doing a show and I know it was very exciting to see over the weekend and meet all of you... but honestly.... you may think in some small way that it is easy to obtain because of the diet you may have been on all along... but I cannot express enough about the emotional battles, and concentration levels that are effected hour to hour. I'm not trying to make this seem impossible.. Just really letting you understand I'm still dealing with issues still... It's just different.

Great post Treil!! I don't know how you did the comp prep while working....I was fortunate enough to be able to do mine while on severance....I agree that it's certainly not easy....
