Well babe we are sitting close to 90.. 87 degrees and the humidity is a steamer!!! Waiting 4 the sun to drop a bit to mow the lawn!!!

Food today
M1 1 scoop protein, 1T no sugar Apricot Jam, 1 low cal sweetner, 1/8C kashi
M2 1oz. turkey, 2oz. chicken, 2 turkey hot dogs (cleaning fridge out), 1/2C cuke,1T ANPB
M3 1 scoop protein, 1 low cal sweetner
M4 Turkey Bean and Walnut Salad
M5 4 egg whites, 1T ANPB

Macro's
1199cal 138P/36F/68C(g) 49P/29F/23C(%)

Only felt like doing 30 minutes p.m. cardio so that's all I did yesterday

Yeah the A/C my as well be turned off at that point... I was sweating the past 2 nights and I can't take any more clothes off maybe I should sleep in the basement with the spiders...
