I have been great here lately! Going for a nice 500lb deadlift today and I am excited. I finished out the school year back on June 9th. The first year was tough but I ended up right up at the top of my 16o person class. Right now I am doing research and lifting heavy
What is the news with you? How was the comp????

Good luck on th 500.. That last video and the way you just walked away like no biggie... yeah I think you'll have no problem
News is I'm leaving in less then a month for a trip to Europe and I'm excited! Comp was a lot of fun! Plan on doing some more next year. Also working on a little side project.
