My macros and calories change week to week, and actually day to day. My trainer looks at me and adjusts the foods to get my body to where 'It' needs to be. My diet is very individualistic, his other competitor has a totally different diet but it gets her to where she needs to be. Again one diet does not fit all. Stick with the Shadow 40/30/30 if you are losing weight then awesome! If you hit a plateau you can start carb cycling. I think if you do a search on carb cylcling by Sassy you will find some great info. It all takes time and patience to figure out where "you and your body" need to go!
