Feel like I weighed less when I woke-up... well my stomach felt tighter... I get body fat tested tomorrow. I decided to go for a jog for my p.m. cardio yesterday because I got this spurt of energy. It felt really good... at the time. Now my legs are like WTF?!?!
I have this stupid side stitch I've been getting for the past 5 or 6 days. Before it would kick in just walking. Now I feel it and I'm just sitting here. I can feel it's in my oblique and when I dig I can feel another in iliacus. I'm assuming my psoas is overly tightened because my low back has been giving me some issues and iliacus and the psoas kinda work hand in hand. I have been doing hip flexor stretches but... who knows...
Wow really running on empty batteries right now I am in S-l-o-w mode.
I have to confess I ate an extra ounce of chicken last night. It was too good... I bought the thin sliced chicken was cooking it in my convection oven left it in there for quite awhile. Well it came out as chicken jerky... So then my mind got going hmmm what could I add to that when I get off my diet.. Like soy sauce, liquid smoke, spices...
Slept o.k. last night... Still not enough sleep, even took a 2 hour nap yesterday... Still.
Practiced posing last night and my legs are starting to come in and my obliques even more so. Need to work on holding the poses more often... especially the ab portion has been the killer with my back the way it is. It tries to lock out so I need to keep working at it.
Yeah... I think that's all the brain power I have to think and type
