Gymtime – Thanks Bro, I’ve been doing more reading then posting on here lately. I probably read 100 threads for every one I post. There’s just so much good info on here! But I’ll try to start posting on the Training Board again. I just got certified as a Personal Trainer so I should be able to contribute a bit.

Dinokabrillo, Nightfly – Thanks guys… I’m 25 and been training for 3 ½ years, although it doesn’t seem that long.

Rnch – Hah, Well there are many flaw, believe me! I’m really working on bringing up my biceps, chest, forearms, and calves. The lower half is coming along quite well; quads are big but a bit blocky.

Velvett – I’ll be taking some leg shots over this next week. I’m reluctant to post leg shots on here when you have monsters like needsize and bfold sporting their humongous legs.

You must look like an animal in real life bro.

You should look at competing real soon. At your height, you will always look much thicker and denser than your opposition at your bodyweight, with great aesthetics to boot.

Guards – Hah, yeah I go all out when I do my bathroom photo shoots. I actually took a few pics then went to check them out on my computer… I guess I changed the headwear then.

Vinylgroover – I have skin fold calipers at home and I continually test around 7-8% bf, although I personally think I’m a bit higher than that. I have no immediate plans to compete, I basically do this for my own personal interest. I also don’t want to go through all the pre contest drugs that everyone uses at shows. I think it’s bad enough that I’m juicing. Although if I keep making gains like I am I might change my mind.

I agree.. I already PMed him.. I'd love to see what his training routine is like.. as detailed as possible. I know its a pain sometimes... and I know it won't work the same for everyone, but it'd be nice to see what his diet, training history, and cycle history is like.

WizKid25 – Hah, us short guys bulk up fast. I didn’t start training until I was 21 and at that time I was sitting around 145lbs. Take your time and stay away from the sauce for as long as you can. I only started this last year…

I am a musician and signed with a local band during the summer. I took off for a 25 day cross canada tour and unfortunately when I came back my acount had been suspended because it was inactive for 3 weeks while I was gone. :(

I still post at Steroidology and sometimes come here to read the seven messages you are allowed before you get booted or sent to the sign up page. Honestly the suspension on my acount left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, so I havn't bothered to re-register or even concidered paying for platinum after what happend.

Little update... Training is going well! Allthough I'm still having a hard time putting on weight, I'm probably only up 11-12lbs from these pics. I recently got a job as a personal trainer so I basiclly get to workout all day :P I'm having a blast doing that....

Anyhow, I hope everyone is doing well here... and thanks again for the comments!
