Gymtime – Thanks Bro, I’ve been doing more reading then posting on here lately. I probably read 100 threads for every one I post. There’s just so much good info on here! But I’ll try to start posting on the Training Board again. I just got certified as a Personal Trainer so I should be able to contribute a bit.
Dinokabrillo, Nightfly – Thanks guys… I’m 25 and been training for 3 ½ years, although it doesn’t seem that long.

Rnch – Hah, Well there are many flaw, believe me! I’m really working on bringing up my biceps, chest, forearms, and calves. The lower half is coming along quite well; quads are big but a bit blocky.
Velvett – I’ll be taking some leg shots over this next week. I’m reluctant to post leg shots on here when you have monsters like needsize and bfold sporting their humongous legs.
