You look okay, but you're tiny bro. I'm not going to tell you to gain natually but if you want to gain at all you need to eat. Abs are nice but you have no back/shoulders/arms, and I'm sure you have no legs either. Your chest is coming along though and I doubt you weight 170, although I could be wrong.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing you at all, just giving it to you straight. You just need to eat more in order to grow. Good luck.

lack of carbs is whats hurting your growth, especially for your body type, also get you some mct oil and work your way up to 2tbsp. a meal and u will grow, and while your off juice try creatine if u havent yet.
 
I'll take a different angle at it.

What are your goals? What do you want to achieve from bodybuilding?

I ask this cause in these 4pages of replies you got a bunch of people telling you that you are small, you need to grow, blah blah. It all comes down what you want though.

Do you want to compete eventually?
Do you want to just gain a little bit more of muscle?

You won't know this now, but very few of the people that posted on this thread are huge and ripped at the same time. It's usually one or the other, and sometimes neither.

Just tell us what you are looking for and I am sure people will help you out. If you just post pics at a bodybuilding board, they will tell you what to do based on how they see is best ... not how you should be based on your opinion.

I took a lot of the advice here and ballooned up to 260lbs @ 6'3. Then I looked at myself in the mirror and realized I was fat. I don't need that. Noone here is a pro bodybuilder, so could we stop with the bulking to be a pig routine?

You are already pretty cut. Just tell us what you wanna achieve. :)

If you wanna gain size, first thing most people will tell you is to increase your carbs. Noone became mr. olympia listening to atkins.

Who the hell are you and why are you talking to me? Your 1000-1 bet just fell through. I'm Shorter than power, 35-40lbs. heavier and 5-6 percent bodyfat. Get the hell off the board? Your a nothing little piss ant without the guts to be honest.
