Well, if you want to be large, it looks like you need to give up the idea of being lean. You need to put on some fat to get big, but don't go overboard. Also, from the looks of it, you are not ready for steroids. Try to pack on some lbs naturally, and see how you do, then go from there.
 
I'm scared of packing up Lbs , GETTING LOVEHANDLES , then getting stuck there.... Who do you think I should CONSULT to get a good clean weight gaining diet??
 
honsetly not trying be a jerk but i looked like you in 8th grade. start eating and lifting heavy. your foundation doesnt look mature enough to start using gear. i think you would agree

I don't nescaserrily believe the whole 'mature' and 'get a foundation' arguements, I think people say this, so you lift longer, get more experience and learn things along the way, so you won't go into gear unprepared and waste it, or end up in a lot of trouble if you don't know what you're doing, all in all it's the users choice, I don't see how increased protein synthesis/cortisol reduction (effects from gear) and others depending on what type of gear have anything to do with a certain time they should be run, they speed up the process, and prevent catabolism of muscle, so in essence it's just more efficient bodybuilding....

just be sure you're ready, only the user can ultimately make the descision... be confident in when it's time and don't run crazy ass dosages first time, be reasonable, logical, and knowledgable.
 
I am on a Fina 100mg / eod and test 250mg/week cycle at the moment! I have upped my cals, protein, and carb intake... Lets see what my results would be...

I don't think you look TOO bad. You've got good traps, decent chest and shoulders. The real lagging parts appear to be arms and lats. If you brought these up you'd look a lot bigger IMO.

I don't care how long you've been working out for...if you want to juice then do it. If you have worked out a while and know what your doing, know what works for you as far a diet and exercises, you'll be happy. If not you're just throwing money away on steroids, which you should spend on lots of food, but it is your money, only downside for me is that guys like you keep prices high on the street.

By the way, thanks for not posting pictures of your legs.
 
Hey bro, you've got to start eating more. Eat to grow tells part of the equation. Learn how to get the most out of lifing heavy and good form. Wait for a few years before going to the next level. Build a good foundation and go on that. You have got the right idea, just think BIG. BIGBIZ

But at least ur very lean and when u do decide to juice it up ull probably get nothing but siiiick results since theres nothing for u to lose.....

Give the kid a break though ive seen worse, and at least hes at low bf already so less work for him....

i would defineitly switch to heavy compound lifts for a while, get some mass on ya. eat like a slut too.

listen to the bros in here. I'm 32 did my first cycle last at 31 after 7+ years of on/off lifting. I still think I should have waited a bit more to learn more proper dieting and lifting routines.

you probably should have waited, 7 yrs on/off equals about 3 years of lifting.
 
Don't listen to the negative comments. You can definitely add a bunch more mass naturally; you just need to start eating more. Do more compound lifts and keep pushing forward. Since you've juiced already I can say you obviously haven't been eating enough. That's not meant to be an insult, but you could've made better gains naturally at your age.

You just need to get your diet and training in check before starting with gear again. Until you do that you're just wasting your money. I would give it a year or two and if you're eating and training right you'll already have a good solid base and be able to take advantage of steroids.
 
You have got some guts to post your pics like this and a lot of guys on here won't do that so I give you credit. You seem to have some decent genetics so take advantage of it. You need to start geting in those cals and packing on the mass. Don't be afraid of gaining a little body fat as diet can take care of that later. Your main goal should be mass so hit the weights hard and get in that food. E-mail me and we'll go over something to help you achive your goals

protein powder could be handy if you don't have some already.
 
The basics:
Eggs
Tuna
Chicken Breast
Oatmeal
Milk
Potatoes
Broccoli
Lettuce

My favorite food for gaining muscle are chicken cutlets fried in an egg wash. They're always great even when I'm tired of eggs alone or chicken alone.

Another staple of mine is a big tuna, hard boiled eggs, and lettuce salad. I make an italian dressing out of garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil for that salad. Gives me plenty of fiber, EFA's, and protein, and it's just a salad! I eat it with lunch and dinner. You can throw in different veggies each day for variety (carrots, tomatoes, zucchini, etc)

never EVER have I EVER done cardio!!! I know its weird... I just eat REAL REAL CLEAN!!! Not to many carbs AND PAST THE ROOF with protein!! I did 2 cycles that both consisted of winny at 20 cc's each of winstrol depot made from Zambon!! GOOD SHIT!!
 
You look okay, but you're tiny bro. I'm not going to tell you to gain natually but if you want to gain at all you need to eat. Abs are nice but you have no back/shoulders/arms, and I'm sure you have no legs either. Your chest is coming along though and I doubt you weight 170, although I could be wrong.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing you at all, just giving it to you straight. You just need to eat more in order to grow. Good luck.

lack of carbs is whats hurting your growth, especially for your body type, also get you some mct oil and work your way up to 2tbsp. a meal and u will grow, and while your off juice try creatine if u havent yet.

What are your goals? What do you want to achieve from bodybuilding?

I ask this cause in these 4pages of replies you got a bunch of people telling you that you are small, you need to grow, blah blah. It all comes down what you want though.

Do you want to compete eventually?
Do you want to just gain a little bit more of muscle?

You won't know this now, but very few of the people that posted on this thread are huge and ripped at the same time. It's usually one or the other, and sometimes neither.

Just tell us what you are looking for and I am sure people will help you out. If you just post pics at a bodybuilding board, they will tell you what to do based on how they see is best ... not how you should be based on your opinion.

I took a lot of the advice here and ballooned up to 260lbs @ 6'3. Then I looked at myself in the mirror and realized I was fat. I don't need that. Noone here is a pro bodybuilder, so could we stop with the bulking to be a pig routine?

You are already pretty cut. Just tell us what you wanna achieve. :)

If you wanna gain size, first thing most people will tell you is to increase your carbs. Noone became mr. olympia listening to atkins.

bro just because you need to bulk up doesn't mean you need to get fat. too many people confuse bulking up with eating whatever the fuck you want and being a fatass. bulk up as in instead of eatin 3 cans of tuna a day, up it to 6 cans. instead of 5 whole eggs a day up it to 10 eggs for example. keep increasing your cals/carbs/protein by eating healthy foods (cheating once or twice a week will not hurt) and you will bulk up will maintaing your vascularity

If you knew anything other than how to show your ignorance, you'd see that while he definitely isn't Lee Haney, he DEFINITELY has a solid base, and a TON of potential. He has long full muscle bellies in his arms, shoulders, and back, which equates to having the potential to be a freak if he decides to put in as much time in the gym as some of you losers do running your mouths. He obviously has the ability to stay lean as well, which is another benefit that most of you geniuses should've realized.

power, seriously you need to focus on eating more and training your back/legs/chest like crazy. The split that works best for me is: arms/legs/chest/back/shoulders/rest/ Keep in mind that I eat like a pig but no fast food.

powergenics: you look like you've got good genetics for keeping low bodyfat. Nobody is telling you to go eat shit food and get fat. If you eat more complex carbs, tons of protein, and essential fats you'll grow muscle. If you see more fat gain than you want, scale back on simple carbs first. If you eat the right food, and plenty of it, you won't get fat. You just have to be watching yourself in the mirror to judge yourself.

CARBS / PROTEIN / FAT / SODIUM should I be intaking per day??
 
Protien: 350grams/day (1600 calories)
Carbs: 250grams/day (1000 calories)
Fats: 100grams/day (800 calories)

Sodium will just make you retain water. Also metabolism is different for every person so you will have to play with these numbers quite a bit to find out what best works for you.
 
I just started using gear and im 31, 205 and have over 15 years in the gym. You looked like I did when I started training at about 15 years old. Your pretty ripped, but for the love of god eat some food and put some more lbs. on the bar before you even think of AS!

Each
gram of protein = 4 calories.
