best options for bread?

Wanted to know what you all thought would be an okay option for the occasional bread. Recently, I started working at a bakery so they gave me free bread every night.
I have a choice of taking home white, wheat, sourdough, rye or pita. Is a certain one going to be better for you or does it not matter as long as I’m hitting my macros with carbs?
 
Check the ingredients, make sure there's no added sugar and no refined flour.
 
The emulsifiers are what kills you with bread. So make sure the bread isn't something that can sit on the shelf for months.
